My version of the Fortune Teller, definitely inspired by the cats I have known and the ones still to cross my path in the future, especially the black ones! The fortune teller has her heart in the right place, notice the cancer awareness ribbon on her scarf? And this black cat will definitely have 9 lives.....how many number 9s in the picture? I've lost count! This is a mixed media, monotype/handmade paper, collage with watercolor and ink on paper.
